A graduate of the Aida Foster stage school, Linda Hayden's first role was in BABY LOVE, playing an amoral 15-year old who seduces a man (who may well be her father), his wife and his son. This was a stepping stone to her later roles, as the actress was frequently cast in horror productions - TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA, BLOOD ON SATAN'S CLAW, EXPOSE, VAMPIRA, MADHOUSE - or as window dressing for British 1970s softcore (often with her then partner Robin Askwith in atrocities such as QUEEN KONG). Appearing in numerous TV shows of the 70s and 80s - including CROWN COURT, ROBIN'S NEST and THE PROFESSIONALS - Linda was considered for the role of Betty Spencer in SOME MOTHERS DO 'AVE 'EM. Stunningly attractive, and able to absorb the screen through looks and observations, Linda mixed a naughty demeanour with a perverse sex appeal - and eyebrows Satan-sent [text abridged from 'An Angel for Satan' post 21/5/08].

Adventures of Jane Hayden
Linda's younger sister Jane also appeared in a number of 70s movies and TV shows, including the role of a suicidal girl - ironically called Linda - who bookends ADVENTURES OF A TAXI DRIVER. Other appearances include CONFESSIONS OF A POP PERFORMER, and coming-of-age film EMILY starring Koo Stark. The still below sees Jane in the Britsploitation classic KILLER'S MOON.
